Greetings to you and all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ in Christ precious name, pray this report finds you and yours well. I am doing good with my family and fellow preachers we labour together for Christ with Ukanafun WBSET.
The month of September 2025 witness too many rainfall and that affected part of our follow up mission in the rural area as well as some of our health system.
September 5,
A petrol station attendant (Jethro Iboro) who always attend to us whenever we are buying petrol for our evangelism Van accepted Christ and was baptized into Christ. His father is a denominational church preacher and the decision was had as the father finally threatened disowning him BUT our new brother Jethro Iboro says, I have seen Christ through your lifestyle and I want to worship God in the New Testament way “. I have introduced him to the nearby church and have been checking on him regularly. He needs our prayers.
September 7,
I preached the sermon at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong, after worship, the church embarked on visitation on sick and aged brethren to encourage them, this also afford us the opportunity to preach Christ to some of their family members who do not know Christ.
September 14,
I preached the sermon again at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong and some visitors responded to our evangelism invitation.
Godsgift Monday Nwadim obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ, it was a joyous day as our visitation on September 7 and Evangelism just payoff.
On same Sunday September 14, I responded to an invitation by Church of Christ, Ikot Esa, Ukanafun where we usually host our Christian Couples Retreat to preach another sermon, a soul (Edi John) a wayward brother was restored. I also joined them in the church meeting were Couples Retreat was plan for January 2026 and they reported progress in earring families who are strong Christian family through our support for yearly Christian Couples Retreat in Ukanafun.
A newly baptized brother at the prison also received a copy of Bible to help his new found faith in Christ.
Our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism team embark on door to door evangelism at Ikot ubo village and there was prospects as many promised to visit the church meeting to learn more about the new testament church.
Our young brother at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong who got married welcome a new baby, the church was excited and we visited the family to rejoice with them.
Thank you so much my dear brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ for your generosity, you are a great part in our work for Christ and His church in Nigeria and the continent of Africa. Your great work which has brought many to the knowledge of Christ and His church will be rewarded accordingly by our Father in Heaven. God bless you and yours in Christ Jesus name.
