Mojima Etokudo, Oct 2021

Greetings to you and yours in Christ Jesus name, pray this report finds you well.

The month of October 2021 was great in my ministry for Christ and His Church. On October 3, I worshipped at Church of Christ in Oyubia and I preached the sermon from 2 Timothy 2: 19-23 on the topic” What Kind of Vessel are You?”  We have restorations as some erring members walked up to me after my sermon for Prayers and some share pleasantry and request that I visit again.

October 11, was a day my visitation to some sick brethren at Ikot Odiong, my wife walked with me and one of the brethren visited was Brother Josiah Umanah was returned from the hospital after a major surgery on hernia.

October 15, we ( Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team) went on door to door knocking evangelism.

October 17, we welcome a visitor at our worship at Ikot Odiong who is of the denominational church, he loved our worship session and promised to be with us again. Pray he obeys the Gospel soon. After our worship service, the church meets and plan for our Bible Seminar/Evangelism coming up third week of January 2022 as well as plan to construct a baptistry among other things.

October 24, was a hectic day as I worshipped at two different congregations and preach sermon on both ” Three Towns Church of Christ, Ata Essien Obio Akpa and at  Church of Christ Ikot Akpan Eyo. At Ikot Akpan Eyo, I met with the brethren after worship to discuss the upcoming Bible Seminar/Evangelism in January 2022.

October 31, was another hectic day as I worshipped at Ikot Odiong in the morning and prached on the topic” My Commitment to Evangelism and Church Growth” , Three (3) erring souls was restored as they stood up publicly and request for the prayers of the Church.

Also in the same October 31, I preached at the 4th anniversary Bible Lecture of a newly planted church (Central Church of Christ, Abak) on the topic ” Steadfastness and Continuity”, it was great to encourage the church to stand firm on God promises.

I received a report by the the newly planted planted church at Nto Abia of a soul being baptized into Christ.

Pray for me, my family, our Evangelism Team, the Church and our planned upcoming Bible Seminars/Evangelism in January and February +.  You’re always in my prayers. God bless you all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ for your generosity and kind thoughts about Christ and His Church in Nigeria and beyond.

In Christian Love and Service,

Mojima Etokudo
