REPORT OF THE 2025 AFRICANS CLAIMING AFRICA FOR CHRIST (ACAC ) CONFERENCE, FREETOWN – SIERRA LEONE, OCTOBER 20 – 25, 2025.
Greetings to you and all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ in Christ Jesus name. Trust this report finds you well.
The Africans Claiming Africa for Christ (ACAC) conference is a converge of Preachers and Church leaders who meets to discuss strategies to further the church of Christ in the continent. Evaluation of the church in the continent, Challenges and Progress shared and new strategies to help claim the continent for Christ was the key component of the conference.
The 2025 ACAC conference has 103 participants drawn from ten (10) countries in Africa including the United States of America.
The Theme for the 2025 ACAC conference ” STRATEGIES FOR EFFECTIVE CONTINENTAL AND GLOBAL EXECUTION OF MATTHEW 28:18-19 was discussed extensively during the conference through the following topics:
* Team Work Approach to Mission Work.
* Activating Discipleship as a panacea for the Continental Evangelism.
* Preaching through Skills Acquisition Provision
* Ten Reason We lose our Children
* Preaching through Agricultural Training and Rural Infrastructure.
* Evangelizing through the Education Window.
* Expanding the Gospel in Moslem Countries
* Internet Evangelism
* Medical Outreach as a strategy to win Souls.
* Harnessing the power of women in ministry.
* Training Students Sound in Doctrine and Mission.
* Thinking Ahead.
There was also a training session with the preachers in Sierra Leone and we also visit the Sierra Leone Peace Museum and some designated historical sites in the area.
On Saturday October 25, 2025, the conference ended and participants departed BUT I and some Nigerian participants continued with Evangelism and follow up on some areas we work during our 2024 visit including Kenema and BO city till October 28, 2025. Here, I preached at IDA Church of Christ in Kenema, preach in the neighborhood, Four (4) Souls obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ, Two (2) of them were Moslem ladies. See attached photos.
Others who went to BO had Two (2) Souls obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
During the conference, Three Police officers that I presented my books to and they were properly taught the Gospel of Christ were baptized into Christ.
The denominational church preacher (Abraham Triumph) that I baptized into Christ during my 2024 missionary visit to Sierra Leone came visiting, I was excited to hear that he is leading in the local church in the area. See attached photo.
I arrived Nigeria on Thursday October 29 and meet with my family in good health.

We resolve to evangelize other Africa countries that the Gospel of Christ is not rooted.
The next ACAC conference is planned for South Africa in 2027.

* Survival Kit for Trouble Times were both shared to some preachers and Police officers whose 3 of the police officers later obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ on the last day of the ACAC Conference.
