Greetings to you and all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ, trust this report finds you well
The month of August 2026 was filled with activities, challenges and kingdom growth.
August 2, I went to Obon Odor and our worship led to a Soul who obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
August 9, I preached the sermon at Church of Christ Ikot Odiong on the topic “Unity” during our friendship service, a sister was born as Better Johnson a denominational women leader obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
August 11 to 14, I joined thousands of Christians at the Nigerian Christian Bible College (NCBC) 72nd Annual Bible Lectureship were I have the privilege of working with Chad Wagner, his wife Rena and their team.
GUEST SPEAKER AT NCBC:
I was also one of the guest speakers at NCBC on the topic “EVANGELISM RESET: BE INTENTIONAL” and a total of 113 souls won for Christ through water baptism during the four days annual Bible Lectureship of NCBC.
A UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR OBEYED THE GOSPEL:
Also, while I continue with my follow-up mission via telephone, a University Professor Dr Idong Udousung responded to my invitation to visit the NCBC annual Bible Lectureship venue, on arriving there with his son, I explained the Gospel more and he was convinced. I introduced him to Chad Wagner and his team and finally, Dr Idong Udousung a University Professor obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ too same day making a total baptism at NCBC of 114 Souls. One of Chad Wagner’s mission partners Greg Kirk and his witness the baptism of the professor at the River and he went back rejoicing. I presented a Bible to him.
MY BOOK “TIME MANAGEMENT IN MINISTRY”.:
It was great to present my new book titled TIME MANAGEMENT IN MINISTRY during the NCBC annual Bible Lectureship to the reading public and many gets copies of the book and request for more copies from brethren which I am praying for resources to help with the printing of more to help in growing the Church through effective leadership at all levels.
I also give Chad Wagner copies to you and the church. Hope you get it in some days when settled down from his trip.
August 15, I attended a Preacher’s forum where I lead the session on Time Management in Ministry.
August 16, Our worship at Church of Christ Ikot Odiong was great and God bless the church with Two (2) Souls who baptized into Christ after the sermon by Timothy Iwe one of Chad Wagner mission team who worshiped with us, I served as the interpreter for the rural Christian to understand the message.
August 17, One of our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team member who is also a student of the Bear Valley Bible Institute sends a Macedonia call via telephone and I responded to the distance of about 30 kilometers, at the end, a denominational church Choir leader (Uduak Uda) obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
August 20, We had a 3rd quarter planning meeting with our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team and some Bear Valley Bible Institute students planning for/and:
* Evalute our Bible Seminars/Evangelism activities in the last quarters.
* Our last quarter Evangelism outreach, with plans for a Bible Seminar/Evangelism in December 2026 were we plan to bring together Preachers and Church leaders.
* Get -Together Fellowship for the Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team in November.
* 2027 Bible Seminars and Evangelism in ten locations of our new churches areas.
* Planning to attend Africa Claiming African for Christ (ACAC) 2027 in Nairobi Kenya
