REPORT OF  TWO DAYS BIBLE SEMINAR \/EVANGELISM AT CHURCH OF CHRIST, IKOT AKPAN EYO – ON THE THEME ” CHURCH GROWTH” ON FEBRUARY 12-13, 2021 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two days Bible Seminar\/Evangelism at Ikot Akpan Eyo begin with the distribution of Food to the needy brethren and members of the community and its environ were 60 needy benefited. Free Medical services : Eye Test \/Glasses, Body Examination and Drug administration etc 223 people benefited from these services too. See attached photos Food for the Needy Body and Medical Outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was followed by Door to door Evangelism around the village and its environ led by our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team with other brethren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we go on open air preaching at village square beginning 6.00pm to 8.00pm. We returned to the church meeting place for the evening devotion. God add five (5) precious souls through water baptism on the first day to the body of Christ during our preaching at open air . Feeding and accommodation was free<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day Two begin with morning devotion with over 100 brethren who slept at the place of worship and it’s surrounding areas provided, then followed by sporting activities and breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The indoor Bible lecture session on the topics ” Growing  Spiritually and Physically” and “Christian Are Commanded To Grow”  was great as many questions arise and Bible answers was given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another Two (2) Souls obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ making a total of Seven (7) precious souls baptized into Christ at Ikot Akpan Eyo during our 2021 Bible Seminar \/Evangelism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of the newly baptized received Bible, Hymnals and WBS Introduction lessons to help them learn about Christ and His church. See attached photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MOTOR ACCIDENT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God manifested His power more and more as we returned from the river baptizing the first set of 5 souls, an accident occurred when one of the motorcycle that carried 3 of the newly baptized crash with another motorcycle coming ahead of us. The newly baptized sustained minor injuries except one of the younger one that hit his forehead and they were rushed to the hospital but God safe their lives. The motorcycle was damaged but God manifested His power saving lives while materials destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We plan to work on baptistery in our places of worship to prevent occurrence like this, also we need also to plan having a Bus (vehicle) to help with our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
