Greetings to you from the brethren in Nigeria and Sierra Leone. I’m so sorry for sending this report late. Gmail was not supporting my mails. Thanks be to God that the problem has now been rectified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I really appreciate the support from shackle Island and windlands congregations .I’m glad to give a brief report of what happened during the first quarter of the year 2022 as follows :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.The radio broadcast tagged “LET THE BIBLE SPEAK” which is aired every Sunday evening in one of the studios in Freetown, Sierra Leone is really promoting the spread of the gospel in the country . I appreciate brother Monday John Akpakpan of WBS, Nigeria who was also among the pioneer missionaries from Nigeria to Sierra Leone for encouraging me to continue with the work since 2010 till now. As a result of the radio program, coupled with WBS materials, many have been able to know about Christ and the church. By the grace of God, a new congregation shall be planted in kabala district before the year runs out. We need your prayers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.The new congregation that started a year ago in Ekpenyong Attai in Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom state is now growing from strength to strength. We have acquired a piece of land for a permanent worship place and have Started moulding bricks towards the project. New souls are being added to the fold on regular basis including brother Augustine Udoakpan who, though physically challenged as a result of an accident is really very active in helping the church to reach out to more lost souls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.The Lord’s Church meeting at Ikot Edet Village is really witnessing some forms of both physical and spiritual growth. The church which was converted from a denomination some years ago now has a permanent structure of her own. Restorations and baptisms of new members are on the increase. Between January and March, 2022, we have witnessed a total of six restorations and four baptisms, all to the glory of God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
